Signal Frame processes account information, uploaded media, generated contextual intelligence, usage records, and billing identifiers to provide the service. Customer media is stored privately and is not used for audience identity inference.

Service providers

We use vetted service providers for authentication, cloud infrastructure, media processing, storage, billing, and product analytics. A current subprocessor list is available to customers on request.
