Privacy

SignalFrame processes account information, uploaded media, generated embeddings, usage records, and billing identifiers to provide the service. Customer media is stored privately and is not used for audience inference.

Service providers

We use Clerk for authentication, Vercel and Neon for infrastructure and storage, Stripe for billing, and OpenRouter for multimodal embedding requests.
